BASIC MODERNISATION

During Basic Modernization we try to retain as many components of the Equipment as possible except for the Electrical and electronic Component which we replace entirely.

Basic Modernization includes Replacement of All Electrical Components and Refurbishment of the machine and other Minor Replacements if certain Components are found Defective.

As per our Experience and Study, Basic Modernization of the Elevator must be carried out Every 7 Years, this reduces the Overall Running Cost of the Elevator, Ensures all compliance's are met with, Brings in latest Technology, Reduces downtime and increases Life of the Elevator.

This type of Modernization Requires Less Shut Down time and is Budget Friendly.
